Workflow

Four parallel lanes. One deterministic pipeline.

SRES is organised as four coordinated lanes — Data, Geoscience, Economics and Reporting. Each lane owns a well-defined slice of the resource lifecycle, and each hands typed outputs to the next.

Data Lane
Step 1
CSV / XLSX ingest

Upload Collar, Survey, Assay, Geology and QAQC files.

Step 2
Column auto-map

Detects industry aliases (BHID, easting, from/to, grade).

Step 3
Deep validation

Coverage, overlaps, negative depths and out-of-hole assays.

Step 4
QAQC analytics

Precision, bias, HARD, control-chart envelopes.

Geoscience Lane
Step 1
Statistical analysis

Histogram, CDF, Q-Q, log-probability, top-cut suggestion.

Step 2
Domaining

Saved queries, lithology dictionaries and per-domain estimation.

Step 3
Variography

Experimental variograms and fitted spherical / exponential models.

Step 4
Block model build

IDW, NN and Ordinary Kriging with composite lengths.

Economics Lane
Step 1
Cut-off strategy

AI-suggested cut-off ranges based on your grade distribution.

Step 2
Floating-cone pit

Slope-constrained pit optimisation with per-block dispatch.

Step 3
Sensitivity sweep

Price, mining cost, processing cost and recovery scenarios.

Step 4
Monte-Carlo NPV

Triangular distributions with P10 / P50 / P90 outputs.

Reporting Lane
Step 1
Narrative engine

AI-assisted executive, methodology and findings writeups.

Step 2
CPR assembly

JORC / NI 43-101 / SAMREC-aligned PDF and DOCX.

Step 3
Signatures

Prepared / Reviewed / Approved sign-off blocks with images.

Step 4
Public share links

Watermarked PDFs with expiry, view tracking and audit logs.

Design principles

Reproducibility beats convenience. Every time.

A resource statement is a legally consequential document. Our workflow is designed accordingly.

01
Immutable snapshots

Every block model, pit optimisation and CPR export is snapshotted with its inputs so any past run can be re-downloaded byte-for-byte.

02
Typed hand-offs

Lanes exchange strongly-typed payloads — not free-form spreadsheets. A pit run cannot silently consume a stale block model.

03
Full audit trail

Uploads, permission changes, exports and share-link views are all logged into an admin-visible audit trail.
