SRES is a gated workspace — every account is provisioned and its credentials managed by your organisation's administrator. Here's what happens next.
- 1Ask your administrator to reset it.
Your workspace admin can issue a temporary password from the Super Admin Console in seconds. Not sure who your admin is — we can put you in touch.
- 2Receive a one-time temporary password.
You'll get a short-lived password to sign in with. It's marked as 'must-change' — SRES will force you to rotate it before you can access the workspace.
- 3Choose a new password on first sign-in.
Minimum 8 characters. Store it in a password manager. You're back in — no support tickets, no email loops.
Super-administrator? Reset any user's password directly from the console.
